The Electronic Communications Agreement allows you to consent to receive electronically notices of appraised value, and documents that Smith County Appraisal District can provide by means of either the website or by email.

Notices of Appraised Value for 2024 were mailed April 22^nd. This agreement will apply to Notice of Appraised Value for the following years or until you cancel the agreement.
